These were great ideas for helping new principals feel apart of our school. However, what do you do when a principal has been sent to your school to make changes and she/he does not take time to stop and smell the roses you might say. It has been a long seven years and our principal has lost the trust of many individuals within our school. She is a great individual but seems to be destroying all that is and could be good.
Thank you for your article. I will refer to it often in case we good through another administration change. I have been through 6 during my professional career.
